Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cake flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 250 ml milk
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs Separated

Instructions
 

  • Sift the dry ingredients together into a mixing bowl.
  • Add the milk gradually and mix well.
  • Beat the egg yolks and add to the batter, then fold in the melted butter.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry and fold into the batter.
  • Bake in waffle pan or iron.
