Ingredients
300gramsalmond flour
130gramsbuttermelted
200gramsdark chocolate
500gramscottage cheese
125mlcream
3largeeggs
3 - 4tbsphoney or xylitol
½tspcinnamon
1tspvanilla
juice and zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
Add melted butter and chocolate to almond flour and shape crust into a pan.
Mix all other ingredients together and pour into crust.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (350ºF).
Reduce heat to 150°C (300ºF) and bake for a further 25 minutes.
