Ingredients
  

  • 500 g half shell mussels
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1 cup white wine dry
  • ½ cup parsley fresh, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
