Quick Cake Pops Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sponge cake (use our recipe or buy one)
  • 75 g butter
  • 150 g icing sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 200 g white chocolate to dip
  • coloured sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Crumble cake into large crumbs.
  • Stir together butter, icing sugar, vanilla and milk.
  • Add to the cake crumbs and roll balls.
  • Push a lollipop stick into each ball and place on a tray.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave oven, stirring occasionally.
  • Dip each pop into the chocolate, allow to drip over bowl.
  • Dip lightly into the sprinkles and let stand upright in a mug.
